The BOP FOIA Project

This site started in 2005, about one inmate at the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Victorville, California. It became about the whole Victorville FCC, and then about the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) in La Tuna, New Mexico/Texas.

Today, the BOP FOIA Project exists to make as many records from and about the Federal Bureau of Prisons as accessible as possible.

This site is non-partisan, and non-commercial. It is about open government and self-governance. Persons of all persuasions are welcome, and anyone may sign the Guestbook. In fact, we need as many serious signatures as possible to show a "public interest." So, if you believe in transparent Federal operations, please remember to sign the Guestbook.

Enjoy reading what is already here, and come back again to check for updates.
